This is a club aiming at Mentoring Young Women to Science
And Technology, and providing technical support to grow their career.
Vision
To preserve the knowledge and skills of our youths through
projects, competence programs and innovation.
Motto
Unskilled and unemployed is a delinquent to the economy.
Nurturing
their Innovative Ideas
For a long time the female gender has not been able to
explore in the field of Science and Technology fully due to lack of assistance
and mentorship.
Expanding their careers
The current world, Kenya at large, employment is not easy to
secure do to so reasons you and I
probably know of. In this Club, we’ll be able to expand our knowledge of
our various careers in STEM programs. And this well help to reduce unemployment
rate.
Exploring
Knowledge
As at now
the club is exploring youth’s especially females, knowledge and skills they
have or still learning. This will be achieved through:

different projects in areas of specialization.

technologies.

solving in day to day life.

concepts of Science , Engineering and
Technology.

Support
ADVOCACY;

The rapid development of the internet during the last decade
has prompted us to use social media as a tool for advocacy campaigns. We have
leveraged on this to support various causes.
Tech By Her also supports the online advocacy of the #NotTooYoungToRunBil l.
b. COMMUNITY
This is an extension, to share skills to youths and school
going children in the neighboring schools and community.
Funding
From evolving fund and sponsors, we provide funding for
various projects of our members.
Professional Support
Use of different Lecturers and Academicians from various
fields from Technical University Of Mombasa who are ready to assist.

Join Us
Who Is Eligible To Join?
• Youths
from age 15-28 years.
• Must
be knowledgeable to basic of Science and Technology.
• For
University/College students, must be undertaking a STEM course or has already
graduated and has no job.
• For
students in High school or Form IV leavers, Physics must be one of his/her
subjects taking.
• Must
show good morals and ethics in the club activities.
• Person
should be ready to learn new concept.
• Any
student in the country from the above criteria is free to join us.
Process Of Registration
• Dully
filled membership form.
• Copy
of applicant ID/Student ID/Birth certificate (for minors ).
• One
passport-sized photo.
• A
ksh. 200 will be charged as Membership fee.
• Ksh.
100 will be charged for the club kitty.
It is time for the girls into Science, Technology ,
Engineering and Mathematics(STEM)
This club is for genders, divided into two section; The
Young Developers and Tech By Her.
